Alan Collins and the case of the dodgy connections

I CAN admit to you today that I feel like locking myself in a soundproof room, filling my lungs with air and screaming at the top of my voice every expletive under the sun.

Why? Because I am presently sat in the sixth form study area trying to write a Government and Politics essay on my laptop, however my power lead has other ideas. I am having to type with one hand because the other is needed to keep the power lead in exactly the same position, so as to not break the connection in order for my laptop to continue to charge (currently on 32%).

Plus last night I discovered that the connection for my headseat is also quite dodgy, so the sound is now often broken. So forgive me if I am too materialistic when it comes to technology Mr Goldsmith, but I need it more than ever now in order to complete an essay.

Today’s top tip: don’t buy from Dell!
