Can I blame the weather on the Government?
One hour ago I was sat in the sixth form study area, laughing, joking and talking about David Cameron’s birthday and how young George Osborne is.
Then I had to cycle home in the rain – so now I am completely soaked.
Can I blame the weather on the Government, or is that a matter for local authorities?
