Tomorrow is cancelled!

Today has been cancelled

I’m sorry to say this, ladies and gentlemen, but we have received advanced warning that tomorrow has been cancelled!

Following on from an All Trick No Treat poster today, the Conservative Party will tomorrow put accross the stark message that the General Election planned for tomorrow has been cancelled, and that they “apologise for the delay to the change Britain needs”, before listing their policies under the banner “the following services are affected”.

The poster has been designed rather cleverly by CCHQ’s team – and David Cameron will tomorrow be in Witney to give a speech outlining what he would have done in his first days as Prime Minister, according to Benedict Brogan.

You can view the full-size poster here (opens in new window).

  1. Aww, I was so looking forward to voting for Conservative candidate at a November General Election…

Life still goes on, though, and I have a Children’s Services Scrutiny Committee meeting this evening, at which I have the chance to put several points to defuse the obvious purely party political motivation behind the two “member items” that Cllr Esterson has called to this evening’s event. Today could therefore still be of some value…
