It’s Friday afternoon and my school is deserted

I don’t think I have ever seen my school so eerily empty.

I have just come back from the study area to grab my bag from my locker, and there wasn’t a single person in there. I’m sat in the library and there are five of us here – even the librarian has gone away!

Walking from the study area to the library has never been so quiet. Two of the German students were stood in the path a little further down playing some kind of game, but apart from them I could hear very little noise. Very little activity.

Oh well, I suppose I should enjoy the peace and quiet – it won’t stay like it forever…
