Rochester and Strood Conservatives’ candidate chosen
By now Rochester and Strood Conservatives have chosen their parliamentary candidate, after the big event yesterday where members whittled a shortlist of 10 down to four.
One of the final four candidates has been chosen to fight Labour’s candidate Teresa Murray in a notionally Conservative seat – and he/she will be revealed at a meeting in Wainscott tonight.
Keep your eyes peeled to this site, where I should, by tomorrow, have the name of the final candidate for you.
