Indeed it was a customer at the Co-operative who had to dart outside and move her car from double yellow line as it was being eyed up (and noted) by the subsequently rather dejected traffic wardens. As a general rule, with the exception of Medway's busiest routes, wardens have to observe the vehicle for five minutes before issuing a ticket. It is unclear at present if the Vultures follow the same rules (although some evidence I have seen suggests otherwise). Readers may be interested to know that I have now seen for myself traffic wardens in Twydall Green.
