An amateur photographer who has made local headlines after being stopped and arrested by police for taking photographs has been quizzed again.

Kent Police have launched an investigation after a window was broken in Twydall Green.
According to the Medway Messenger, emergency services were called ‘to reports a man had cut his hand’.
